Biography
Dr. Julian Kinderlerer is emeritus Professor of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Cape Town and newly appointed member of the European Group on Ethics in Science and New Technologies (EGE). From 2006-2016 Professor Kinderlerer served as president of this group. Julian Kinderlerer is a former Professor of Biotechnology & Society at the University of Technology, Delft, The Netherlands. In addition to this, he was Director and Professor of Biotechnology Law at the Sheffield Institute of Biotechnological Law and Ethics, University of Sheffield.
